Our expertise in consulting and project management
As an internationally active procurement management and service company based in Regensburg with subsidiaries in Mauritania and Guinea and branches in Mali, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Benin, and Zambia, we act as a link between Germany/Europe and the countries of Africa and the Middle East.
We support public clients, industrial companies, and municipalities in the areas of machinery trading and sales, the planning and engineering of industrial and municipal infrastructure projects, and reliable turnkey implementation. Our focus is on ensuring transparency, fairness, and value creation in international cooperation.

Our experience
We have more than ten years of experience in consulting and project management in the implementation of industrial and municipal infrastructure and development projects of all sizes.
Our reference projects include industrial plants, municipal infrastructure, and development measures in African countries. Thanks to our strong local network, we can identify risks early on, suggest alternatives, and design projects to be sustainable. This expertise enables us to provide comprehensive support from the initial idea to operational use.

We build bridges between German and European cooperation partners and the fast-growing markets in Africa and the Middle East. The aim is to facilitate new collaborations, draft fair contracts, and establish long-term business relationships. Our support includes market analyses, due diligence checks, negotiation support, and partnership management.

Holistic project management
As a general contractor and project manager, we manage complex projects, perform risk analyses, manage resources, and support transparent communication to ensure that deadlines are met. We evaluate technical options and economic potential with feasibility studies and profitability analyses. This allows us to minimize risks and secure investment decisions.
We work in compliance with national and international standards as well as legal requirements in occupational safety and environmental protection to ensure smooth project processes. We use modern technologies to increase efficiency, transparency, and flexibility in projects of all sizes.

We think long-term and act responsibly—with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and the highest standards. As a reliable partner, we want to contribute to driving economic growth, social development, and environmental sustainability.

Our business models

WENDIT has extensive experience in various project and investment models, which can be flexibly adapted to the respective context. We plan, finance, and implement projects from the initial idea to turnkey handover—all from a single source.

Our approach combines integrated planning, financing, implementation, and operational support to ensure transparency, efficiency, and sustainable value creation. Depending on the project objective, we select the appropriate model, e.g., EPC/EPC+F, BOT/BOOT, PPP, or specialized outsourcing variants, and integrate governance, risk management, and quality controls into each project phase.

BOOT (Build–Own–Operate–Transfer)
Planning, financing, construction, operation, and subsequent handover at the end of the concession period.

BOT (Build–Operate–Transfer)
Preferred model for our solar street lighting projects, involving construction, operation, and subsequent transfer.

EPC+F (Engineering, Procurement, Construction + Financing)
Turnkey projects with integrated financing solutions.

IPP (Independent Power Producer):
Independent energy generation with long-term power purchase agreements (PPA).
